VIRTUAL LESSONS!
We are excited to be able to offer Virtual Lessons!
The most important thing currently is the safety of all the players and their families. The stay-at-home order has been extended again and with only essential businesses remaining open, the quarantine has made it difficult for players to continue their training and development. The reliance on technology has increased dramatically as more are working from home whether its for a business or for academics. This has given the rise and popularity to online and virtual lessons. After reviewing what Battista Hockey could offer during this pandemic, we finally we able to construct our very own template for coaching virtually.
VIRTUAL LESSON LAYOUT
STARTING APRIL 25th (bookings open April 24th) - PRICE: $5 (per lesson) - REGISTRATION LINK
We are offering the lessons through Microsoft Teams (similar to zoom and google hangouts) and will be ran by Coach Nick. The lessons will be custom to each player but will follow with these four topics; Off-Ice training & Plyometrics, Stickhandling & Stick Skills, Hand-Eye Coordination & Reaction, Hockey Consultations(chalk talks, drills and concepts, systems, mentoring and advice, etc.). The lessons will follow the same template and scheduling as normal ice hockey lessons. The parent/guardian must register and schedule the player for a specific time through our available times on our Booking APP. While scheduling there should be options to select the focus of the lesson. Once registered and booked you will receive a confirmation email and a follow up from Coach Nick.
These lessons will be very unique and creative and our goal is to work with all the resources both the player and Coach Nick have available. We will do our proper planning and research and work with the player and parent/guardian to make use of the available space and assets the player has access too. This is a good chance to continue to train and progress!
