NEW TRAINING CAMP!
WE HAVE ADDED A BRAND NEW TRAINING CAMP!
Coach Nick is excited to be running a brand new Training Camp that will be in depth and will have a lot of instruction. There will be a main focus on everything necessary to prepare players for their upcoming season start.
The focus of our training camp is to combine lots of power skating and edgework(with and without a puck), full ice drills and flow, cardio and conditioning, and game situations.
The past few camps we have had, have focused on specific skills or skating or game situations but not covering everything at once. This camp will have 3 full 90 minutes sessions and will have great detail and reps in each. We will guarantee each skate will have power skating & Edgework and Full Ice Drills, and Cardio. Getting the players to be a part of a high rep, high intensity, dense instruction will be beneficial for the preparation for players.
