PRE SEASON & MINI CAMP RESCHEDULED DATES
WE HAVE RESCHEDULED TWO CAMPS FROM MARCH (quarantine forced postponement)
We have worked with Center Ice Arena to find new dates for these camps. We also have redone the criteria for the camps to fit the current needs of the player.
Our camps from march were the POST SEASON CAMP (renamed the pre season camp) and the MINI CAMP. Both of these camps had a focus on getting the player ready for after the season and into tryouts. When the stay-at-home order was announced in March, it effectively put these camps on hold. Now that we are back to a new normal and with tryouts being scheduled and executed so quickly, the focus is now on going into the pre season and team practices.
Both camps have been redone and rescheduled with new dates and times. Below is more information about each individual camp.

PRE SEASON CAMP ‘20
This camp was formerly the POST SEASON CAMP. This camp is for AGES 12-16 and will be held at CENTER ICE ARENA in Delmont, PA. The DATES are JULY 27TH, JULY 28TH, and JULY 30TH. The TIMES will be 7:00PM-8:00PM all sessions. The PRICE is $80 per player.
This camp will be focused on getting players ready for the preseason and team practices that are coming up. With the quarantine forcing players to stay at home, there is not a lot of time to regroup and get prepared for the season to come. Now that tryouts are basically finishing up it is important to focus on cardio drills, team practice drills and situations, skating/edgework and stick skills, and more! This will be a fast paced and high intensity camp with the focus on repetitions and a motivated atmosphere. The coaches will be working hard to push the players and to make sure they are always moving.

MINI CAMP ‘20
This camp is for AGES 10-14 and will be held at CENTER ICE ARENA in Delmont, PA. The DATES are JULY 20TH, JULY 21ST, and JULY 23RD. The TIMES will be 8:30PM-9:30PM all sessions. The PRICE is $80 per player.
This camp will have a focus on helping players get prepared for post tryouts and transitioning into team practices. We will focus on running drills that mimic what was ran in tryouts along with skating and stick skill instruction. There will be a coach evaluating players during the course of each session. The players will receive their evaluation at the end of the camp. This eval is merely to help players know where they stand in terms of skating, stick work, hockey IQ, etc. This can help players focus on what to work on and improve going into and during the pre season. This will be camp that has high repeition but will focus on players getting the drills and skills correctly. Coaches will be working hard to break it down to give players a chance to go through it with great technique and skill.
