Battista Hockey Leagues SEASON 3

The BATTISTA HOCKEY LEAGUES will be returning for SEASON 3!

We are returning to Center Ice Arena for our continued seasons of BALl/DEK and INLINE hockey.

We have been through an unprecedented time these last few months and with the rinks finally starting to open up it is looking Promising for the full return of hockey.

After last spring/summer, we wanted to continue to grow our leagues when we ran 2 successful seasons for both ball and inline. We were working hard within our business to pick up where we left off and to continue with the focus of the player’s experience coming first and foremost. Working closely with Center Ice as well as the captains and referees from last seasons, we felt we worked through the growing pains and listened to the feedback all around to help smooth out foundation of the leagues.

Due to the changes and the slow return to the new normal, Season 3 will be the only season for this spring/summer session. As this is a delicate time, we felt it would be safe to return with one season before the end of summer and Center Ice will put their ice back in for the ice hockey seasons in September.

NOTICE:

The player’s and the staff’s safety is the most important thing during this time. We understand the current mandates and recommended safety regulations that are in effect and being observed. We want to provide a safe and healthy environment and atmosphere for our players and the leagues and will be following all the recommended guidelines. We understand certain players and teams want to play hockey but may not feel comfortable returning to the game and rinks just yet. This is completely understandable and although we ensure we will do our best, along with Center Ice, to provide the most safe environment, we respect each player’s decision and viewpoint.

-INLINE LEAGUE-

The inline league will be changing from a team league to an individual player draft league. Players will register themselves and will be placed on a team for a 10 game season + playoffs. The price per player is $85 and includes referee fees in the price. This season will look to start mid-July and will go through to mid-late august.

-BALL/DEK LEAGUE-

The Ball/Dek league will be keeping the team league format with captains registering their teams. Captains will be responsible for rosters and team names and can register for the 10 game season + playoffs. The price per team is $750 and includes referee fees in the price. This season will look to start mid-July and will go through to mid-late august.
