this camp will focus on two nights of full speed and overspeed instruction and drills. In the first session We will run through all the proper technique and form and the complete breakdown of what is needed for our edges and body positioning necessary for overspeed situations. We want to train the players to focus on their skating habits with and without the puck when going full speed. in the second session. We will put all of the first sessions instruction to the test. The players will go through specific overspeed drills with a lot of repetition and intensity. This will be a challenging camp that will really put the players on their edges!
